cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

• Any / all cancellation done 12 hours before your session will be refunded in full. 
• Any / all rescheduling done 12 hours in advance of session time will be moved to desired time / date.
• If rescheduling / cancellation IS NOT submitted via email or phone call before the 12 hour rescheduling window, the client will forfeit 50% of their session total due to our instructors not having adequate time to rebook that hour of lost wages / work.
